"I have not had a great experience living at sandalwood. The first day I moved in the whole place smelled awful, and the place looked as things were half fixed. There is hardly any parking , so parking in the street someone hit my parked car. Of course there are no security cameras, so I had to pay out of pocket to fix my car. I ended getting a garage to prevent this from happening, then my car was stolen from my garage parking spot, again no cameras, and sandalwood provided no support. Last comments: The dumpsters are constantly over flowing, the outdoor areas do not look taken care of, I never got to use the pool because almost the enter summer it was being fixed. I highly do not recommend. July 2023 Update: I finally moved out. We left the apartment spotless. I noticed our last payment notice had doubled. I talked with the manager to ask why they were making me pay for time that we did not live there. The manager was not helpful she wouldn’t do anything to help me knowing I had been dissatisfied with our entire stay for the year. The worse living experience. It seems like they just want money and don’t care for the people who live at sandalwood. If I could give zero stars I would."
