"Overpriced for the space available and quality of the units, for the cheapest option the most you can fit is a bed and possibly a loveseat so expect to feel extremely cramped. The walls are not insulated very well and you can quite honestly hear everything inside and outside of the building. Tenants here don’t seem to care about being loud and constantly have screaming matches in the hallways. If you do plan on renting here, try and aim for a room with laundry units. There’s only 4 washers and dryers shared amongst everyone else and others have no issue leaving their clothes in there for days on end while using almost every machine available, making it hard to get your laundry done. You also have to pay to use them. The place isn’t very clean, and not because it never gets worked on. The residents here just don’t bother keeping the community nice. There will constantly be trash left around the building, half eaten food left out, dog piss and poop everywhere. Such as the back lot, garage, hallways, stairwell, and elevator. So literally the entire property is coated in excrement and urine. The dumpster room is always a mess with random bulky items blocking the entrance. Some residents are just straight up gross and disrespectful to the property, etching words on the elevator and wiping boogers on walls. Having any packages delivered is nerve wracking due to the fact there have been multiple instances of them being stolen. Projects either take significantly longer than anticipated, or become abandoned and turned into something completely different. The parking lot has been repaved a few times and it’s taken a week to complete when everyone has been informed it should only take 2-3 days which forces residents to park on the street and risk their vehicles being broken into. Residents were told to expect a cardio room for a while but they eventually scrapped it and turned it into the cheapest/distasteful game room to exist. Cornhole being the most engaging game in there, which says a lot lol. Homeless people are able to trespass very easily due to the fact the main entrances are on the sidewalk of a very busy street. There isn’t a double door system to the lobby (which would benefit the safety of the community exponentially) so they’re able to slip in behind anyone that uses those doors. The garage door stays open for a bit and they’ll use that opportunity to enter, and then hang out in the dumpster room or by the cars paying extra for covered parking. They’ll also make it further into the building to hide out in the stairwell. There have been cases of residents being mugged by homeless people out in the front, so overall it just isn’t a safe area and the building didn’t install security systems to combat that aside from needing to badge in to everything inside. Even with that being said, the security guard Danny is amazing. He has always been really kind and makes sure everyone is doing okay. He takes his job seriously and acts professionally which I appreciate and he escorts trespassers in a timely and respectful manner too. Stacy on the other hand has been unprofessional. She will send out condescending emails to the entire building when needing to inform residents of whatever issues may be taking place. Never responds to emails or calls and texts. I’ve spoken to her a handful of times and she just doesn’t seem to be the nicest person. Overall, not someone I looked forward to seeing. Please, put yourself first and look to rent elsewhere. It was truly depressing calling this place “home”."
"The leasing manager Stacy is a joke. She is rude, she doesn’t answer the phone. I have to call back to back and text like crazy just to get one worded answers. She is uncaring. The apartment it’s self is dirty. I put in three work orders to have things fixed and they never showed. I was told that I would be getting a refund when I moved out, now all of a sudden it’s $2. I was told I would be getting a $400 refund, but then I was presented with an “itemized “ screenshot that doesn’t even make sense. I asked to have the owners email to show pictures and videos that I have in fact cleaned my apartment and there were no damages. I was refused that information. I see it as my money being stolen from an uncaring person and a place that didn’t deserve my money in the first place."
"This place should be called "Fee Park" because there is a surprising amount of fees and charges, including ones I did not knowingly agree to or was informed of the cost at lease signing. There are so many positive reviews because they offered residents gift cards early in the building's history to write reviews, but this place is undeserving of that designation in my opinion. When I first moved in they did not disclose an exorbitant rate for services like sewer which they said was the fault of the city and for most of the first year I paid about $45 a month for sewage and actually got mad at me for having a problem with, since sewage is usually like $16 a month. When renewing my lease they also slipped in a new $35 "common areas cleaning charge" that was not disclosed in my discussions with the agent and which has also now increased to $44.51 under the same lease and seems to be arbitrary and exploitative. While it is generally an okay place to live I also had to deal with neighbors engaging in domestic violence at late hours and management did nothing to stop this disturbance and could only rely on the security services to intervene every single time over the course of a year. They also refuse to keep the exterior windows clean and most of the two years living here has been having to put up with the caked dust and dirt on the outside windows which they literally told me "you can google different cleaning tools used for that," as if I'm supposed to go out and buy a giant ladder and clean the outside of their building. There is still debris outside my window from the night part of the facade came crashing down onto the awning. I've lived here two years and there have been at least five different managers, only one of whom was actually nice and helpful. Considering how absolutely small these units are and the amount of money they try to squeeze from renters and the underperforming services and condescending staff I recommend avoiding this place."
"The apartments here are very nice. They have so many different floorplans to choose from at an affordable price. And the property manager Stacy Vincent is so awesome. She will go above and beyond for her residents to make sure that they are taking care of. She really does make living at fairpark a great experience."
"Coming from a fairly new resident it's not as bad as our last place. Yes very unsafe neighborhood but well that's to be expected if you live on north temple and there is nothing management can do about that but do your research before you move in. That being said the inside is pretty nice my husband and I really like our apartment. You can get your own Internet but they will still charge you for the building Internet however I've never had a problem with the Internet. They provide a trash service that you pay for but that's worth it to us. I've never seen any bugs with the exception of 1 spider and we appreciate that. Overall not a bad place but not a 5 star establishment either and that's my I think pretty fair review"
