"Really liked how friendly and knowledgeable the agent was during our tour. This is the only apartment complex I’ve toured that had garden boxes you can rent + it’s dog and cat friendly which really is the first noticeable point. The area around the apartments looked pretty clean also!"

"We lived here for one year. Paid the deposit of 400$. When we moved out they charged us 900$ worth of stuff when the apartment was completely clean, i own a carpet cleaning machine and cleaned every single room, charged us 400$ for paint job when there was no paint damage, Charged us for keys when we already returned them, charged us for 2 light bulbs when i have been telling them for weeks about changing the light bulbs. This apartment complex is a scam please do not live here. It is not luxury apartments thats for sure. UPDATE: I highly recommend not to live at this place. When we were living here every single day was a different person in the office who didn't know what they were doing. We gave the keys when we moved out and on the disposition letter i was charged for the keys they dont know what is going in the management. I was reffered to collections instead of giving me a call and the evidence why they charged me over 1000$ when the apartment was clean with no damage. I have been calling them since we moved out and not a single person has returned my call or helped me resolve the issue. I wish i could give them 0 stars. They would even provide me with evidence to show the proof of such damages. They sent the bill to collection without even working with me. Ridiculous place to live. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! And the manager who commented here didn’t even bothered helping instead saying I cannot help you."

"I’m really sad to write this review, as Rivulet used to be an incredible place to live. But somewhere within the last 3 years, that changed. The management team used to be amazing. I remember we had a water heater issue when I first moved in years ago. Even though it was after hours, someone was over within minutes and had our water heater up and running very quickly. I was super grateful. Fast forward to now. When Carrie took over as the new manager, the place totally changed. Cigarette smokers on every corner, cigarette butts all over the place, dog poop on ever patch of grass… I had my water heater go out in the middle of winter. My maintenance request was ignored for 3 days before I had to call the office to get someone to fix it. However, while I’m out walking my dog, one of the maintenance guys has the guts to get in my face about picking up dog poop as I’m literally cleaning it up. Great at being hostile, but not so great at doing your job. I also had a newborn at the time who was unable to take a bath due to cold water. I had to leave work early multiple times for an “inspection” that never happened. I was no showed multiple times. Actually, an inspection had never been performed at all. No call no show every single time. And when you call asking why, they give you the same excuse every time. “We got too busy.” They also don’t know how to answer the phone as many other reviews state. Every time you come home, there’s a new note on your door with some kind of threat. After week 2, I had 2 notes on my door. One telling me I need to clean up my dogs poop, (already being done) and one telling me I have unauthorized animals in my apartment and I’m going to be evicted if I don’t pay the back pay of all the time they’ve stayed with us. Funny thing is, they are service animals and I provided all paperwork necessary to prove that. They just lost it and wanted to blame it on me! I can’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. You would literally be better off homeless than living here. As soon as they get you to sign the lease, they pretend you don’t exist. I have so many videos and pictures of people dropping cigarette butts and ash onto my porch from above. And again, I HAD AN INFANT IN MY APARTMENT. This place has no idea what they’re doing, and your family is not safe here. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. ANYWHERE!"

"Maintenance is awesome, any work orders placed were taken care of within a day! I also got locked out of my apartment after the office hours and they were able to get someone there to open it for me within a few minutes. Apartments are great, I have enjoyed living in multiple units at Rivulet! I loved having a dog here, they make it really convenient, which I have really appreciated as a resident. Since looking at other reviews, I have seen that this has happened to others too, so please be aware!! ***Make sure to check every statement for billing because two months in a row they charged me over $500 extra on top of my rent— without my permission. I only know this because I checked. I I understand errors can be made but it was two months in a row. Towards the end of my lease I have not been able to get ahold of the actual management office. I have called 4 times trying to reach the office manager so that I could move out and pay my prorated amount. I don’t even live there anymore and I still haven’t been able to get ahold of the manager. I keep getting the corporate office or put on hold for over 15 minutes, and I have twice now let them know of the issues I’ve been having and I still have not received a phone call from the manager. So I’m not sure what’s going on there. I have been moved out for over a week and still have not been able to pay my last months rent because they will not return my calls. So hopefully I get my security deposit back after damages are repaired— because this has not been a great experience the last couple of months."

"I loved living here at Rivulet! I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment which I considered quite spacious. The apartment felt light & bright which was exactly what I needed! I lived here for 2 years & loved waking up to the sunrise over Mt Timpanogos. The maintenance department was very timely when I turned in a request, & the front desk people were always so friendly to me. I loved the nearby walking path, & I also loved its close proximity to shopping, restaurants & I-15."
