"I honestly had never ever wanted to move back into apartment/townhome communities. My experience in the past was not great with other communities. But I will say that this time around it has been nothing but positive with the Sage. I’ve had issues with my heater and they have been quick to address it. Really any issue has been handled immediately. The grounds always look so good and the pool is like luxury style living kind of pool. I take pride wherever I rent from and you can tell that not only the maintenance team but the office staff do also and it shows."

"I have been nothing but impressed when it came to working with “The Sage” office management, Brennon and Madina. They have always been friendly and so helpful in addressing any issues I may have. Also the grounds are kept immaculate by the maintenance. JC has been on top of making sure it still looks cleaned up and new. I have recommended this place to several friends."

"We were running late moving from another state. The office stayed open late and waited for us. They couldn’t have been more accommodating! The apartment itself is fantastic!! It’s beautiful, clean and quiet. Staff is always helpful and considerate! I couldn’t be happier to be here! I’d like to add J.C. In maintenance is quick and efficient when it comes to any problems."

"My wife and I were among the first to move into these apartments in September 2021 after they had just been built and were the first tenants to live in the our unit. We just recently moved out after living here for over two years. Most things about The Sage are great (other than the extremely loud AC unit.. good luck trying to watch/hear the TV while the AC is running) - we didn’t hate living here. The reason I’m leaving a one star review is because of what happened to us and how the management handled the situation. We lived in a one bedroom apartment (about 700 square feet) and our average power/electricity bill in 2022 was about $70. Then in 2023, our average bill nearly doubled to $133 (we occasionally had power bills that totaled $200). Nothing had changed during this time - we have always kept our interior temperature within a reasonable temperature since we started living here in 2021 (72 degrees during the day and 69 degrees at night). If anything, our power bill should have been lower in 2023 because I was away the entire summer working while it was just my wife living in our apartment. We have had issues with our power bill in the past and they even reimbursed us until we all thought that those issues were resolved... the management knew about this for the entirety of us living there. I brought our high bill up to them again in August of 2023 and the management kept assuring us that it was "not right", "something is wrong", and that there was NO WAY we should have been paying what we were. They kept telling us that it would get resolved.... it never did. They wouldn't do anything on their end to help us. I was the one who had to call Rocky Mountain Power to come run tests and figure out what the issue was. Unfortunately no one from Rocky Mountain could find any issue with our meter - but we still knew something wasn't right. We eventually moved out while still in contact with the management who kept assuring us that they had an "ongoing investigation", and we would hear from them as soon as they concluded their findings. They also told us that after 30 days of us moving out, there was nothing that could be done (which is complete nonsense). Not living there anymore, there wasn't much we could do on our end other then reach out weekly to check up on the status of their investigation. The 30 day mark hit and the management eventually stopped responding to our emails altogether. It has been about two months since we moved out and one month since we last heard from the management. They are nice and tell you exactly what you want to hear, but no matter how convincing they are, don't expect them to follow through with what they say. The Sage is supposed to be "low-income housing" and yet we were paying $1300 a month for a tiny one-bedroom apartment plus an extra couple hundred dollars for a power bill that should not have been that high. Throughout the duration of my wife and I living there, we were robbed of hundreds and hundreds of dollars for electricity that should have either not been paid in the first place, or should have been reimbursed to us by The Sage due to whatever the issue is on their end. And then to be ghosted by the management who were supposedly trying to help us is just extremely unprofessional. To whoever is now living in unit F208 or whoever else might experience this problem - don't let them play dumb about the high power bill you will receive.. they know about it."

"I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS!! I have had nothing but problems with this apartment complex. Their paint on the walls is HORRIBLE QUALITY. If you stick ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING AT ALL to their walls (even a TV mount) it will rip the paint right off and they will tell you it is your fault and charge you for it. They did our move out inspection a month before our move out date and said the only thing the apartment needed was some paint and the carpets to be cleaned. When I received my final bill from them in the mail there were $500 worth of damages they claim the apartment had. (I have pictures of how I left that apartment and it did NOT need any repairs or anything done other than paint and carpets cleaned. They put on the move out inspection paper it ONLY NEEDED PAINT AND CARPET CLEANING SO IMAGINE MY SURPRISE WHEN I GET A PAPER WITH $500 WORTH OF CHARGES ON IT IN THE MAIL. We were NEVER late on rent not one time in the whole year and a half we lived there. We were GOOD tenants who took GOOD CARE of that apartment. The office manager Brennan is on a MAJOR power trip. I am SO GLAD to be DONE with these apartments. They may look new, nice and beautiful but lack of poor management ruins the whole complex. I would highly highly suggest you look somewhere else before renting at these apartments."
