Enclave at 1400 South Apartments

"Used to live here, but now I come to these apartments to visit a friend over the years I believe the management slack on keeping the place clean especially the staircases it always looks bad and some days it doesn't smell as gross but it never smells fresh or clean."

"The change of management has really turned this place into a dump. The previous mangers working here were super nice and understanding. Alex one of the new mangers is so rude and unprofessional. Her behavior towards my husband and some of my neighbors is so disrespectful. My husbands first language is Spanish and mixes up words at times. She degraded him and made him feel uncomfortable when he was asking for information on something. I would not recommend anyone live here unless Alex leaves. She has poor communication skills and seems to want to make people life miserable. After posting this I took a look at the other reviews and realized everyone has this same opinion and experience with Alex. If Enclave Apartment want to keep their tenants, they should really look into this issue."

"The halls and sidewalks are dirty with pet poop, puke, used condoms, etc almost every night. The apartments are nice individually which is why it is not a single star. They don't give any options for internet or cable which leaves you with crappy service. The office continually contradicts itself when you ask them things. If you hide in your apartment and don't use any other features, then it's a nice place to live."
