"Under New Management rocks. Apartments have been redone . Heating and air conditioning as close to state-of-the-art. As you can get for what you pay. New carpets new vinyl paint blinds stoves refrigerators dish washer garbage disposal. And one bedroom is big. What's enough room to put a kitchen table in the kitchen and have room to cook and seat four people."

"This place And The new head manager Tausha of Hoover apartments needs to be terminated immediately! She literally just slammed the phone in my ear because I informed her (which she already knew) that my apartment had bed bugs! The whole place has gotten bad since she’s taken over and they tried to blame me. She doesn’t care about the well-being of the tenants and this is supposed to be a non profit to help tenants improve their situation. Many of their apartments are cockroach and bed bug infested and they’re more committed to raising rents and towing cars then treating the issue. My son has health issues so I will not allow him to stay with me because of the infestation and Tausha’s lack of empathy for anything but increasing rent for this non profit complex is just baffling! It’s so sad that the people that should care for people when taking these jobs are subpar at best. This USED to be a very pleasant place to live as I’ve been here for years but this new lady will destroy this place solely by not caring about people when she’s in the people business. If I was her boss I’d make her stay there for at least a week so she can be a little more compassionate for her tenants. We’re people too! Just my thoughts.."

"Under new management, Key Property's. They are serving notices and starting evictions in Dec. 2022. This company has a history of this in other properties. They will post violations and force out half the residence out as soon as they can. They ignore that the property is for disabled and low income and set unrealistic expectations."

"In person the lady managing is personable. Phone etiquette on the other hand leaves something to be desired. She wasn't really rude per say, but a while bein honest, as far as I could tell, still kinda discouraging."
