"Absolutely horrible experience with the staff and application process. Not only where they rude over the phone and when you went in they always acted like you were inconveniencing them, even though they NEVER would answer their phone or call you back. For two months I was trying to get into this apartment only to be mislead. They are very unorganized, and an obvious lack of communication within the staff. From the beginning, I was told that I qualify for one of their apartments. I had to jump through hoop after hoop to get all my info to them because they fail to tell you everything they need from you at one time, every day it was "you need to get this and come drop it off." I finally got all the necessary info to them and paid the deposit and waited for the new section of the apartments to be done.... great.... once they were done with the construction they proceeded with my application. For employment verification they contacted my boss who sent over verification of my employment and answered their question within an hour of them reaching out. Time and time again they called and said he never sent anything over, he sent the same info 4 times before they "finally" received it. But they called him on repeat until he answered their call, and were very rude when he stepped out of an important meeting to answer their call after they called him several times in a row. Then they contacted me for my pay stubs, which I happily sent over 5 TIMES (because again, they didn't receive them the first 4 times I sent them). When they got them they told me that everything would be ready for me to move in within a week. A week went by and I called to follow up, I was transferred to the manager who insisted that he called me TWO WEEKS AGO to tell me I was denied for making "too much" even though I was told from the very beginning that my income qualified and that they have been waiting for me to come pick up my deposit. ALSO, I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM HIM! I told him that i never talked to him but he insisted that he talked to me directly...... NO YOU DIDN'T...... I would happily show you my phone records, also, why would your staff call me a week after you supposedly "talked to me" to get my pay stubs!?!?!? They literally waisted my time for two whole months! I will also add that when you apply, they demand that you get an email address from your bank for them to email to "confirm that you have an account". I have NEVER had an apartment ask for this info and find it a little sketchy and unnecessary. AVOID THIS PLACE!!"
"Overall I really liked the apartment but I DO NOT LIKE the staff that helped me she was very very unprofessional AND VERY VERY RUDE her name was Layla and she made me feel dumb I had so many questions that she couldn’t even answer like for example I asked how much the rent was she literally said “ I don’t know” THEN WHO KNOWS??? She had attitude and was on her phone the whole time it was so annoying she should be fired honestly and then I asked if I could talk to her manager and she said she was the manager."
"This is a TERRIBLE place to live, no parking for the residents. If you cannot find a spot you have to park off property, who does that? You should have enough parking for every single resident plain and simple! You have to worry about getting towed all the time, spending unnecessary money to get your car out from Legacy which they are equally as terrible. They didn’t give me my parking sticker when I first moved in, so when I was moving stuff into my place one night the parking lot was completely empty, 30 minutes later I come out and my car was towed and all the employees had to say was “sorry” I spent over $600 dollars to get my car out from legacy. But yet when the parking lot is full people don’t wanna do their jobs and check the cars without parking stickers. The gym isn’t 24/7 which every other apartments gym is 24/7. The employees do not care about anything."
"Well worth the wait! I loved my new apt. All their installations are brand new, the process from the time of application is delayed (can take 1-2 months) but the price is the best! There is no comparison. Close to downtown, I have the tax and the freeway in front of me. The people who work at the front desk are very friendly and the manager Claudia always looks for ways to help as much as she can, looking for the applicant to feel comfortable in the process and after it. Common areas always clean, pool, gym, jacuzzi have everything you need."
