They made several trips up to Alta when our condos were experiencing a backup. They diagnosed the issue, then recommended upgrades to the plumbing to keep the problems from happening again. We never felt forced or pressured to make the upgrades, but they were thoroughly explained and implemented. Matt was also extremely helpful with breaking down charges and services, to make billing individual owners vs HOA as easy as it can be. "Discovered a backed-up sink that I couldn't clear myself on a Wednesday evening. Called 1st American that night and Nick arrived the very next morning. Within an hour the clog was cleared and I was back to a fully functional kitchen again. Nick was extremely professional and very respectful of my time since I work from home and had to speak with him between (and during) meetings. He even sent a text to me when he was done and waited for me to come sign off on the work and make the payment. This is the third time I've worked with 1st American and all the techs that have come out to my home (John, Jared and now Nick) have been qualified and licensed plumbers, not salesman that know how to plumb.
