"The negative reviews are on point, so please pay attention to them. Jiffy Lube has lost my respect after my experience with Auto Enhance, that they apparently own and referred me to. $2200+, and several months later, my car’s heater still didn’t work. They had my car more than a week the first time, a couple of weeks the second time, and about a week the THIRD time. It seemed fine for a couple of weeks after that, and then whatever bandaid they’d done to it came off and the exact same issue recurred. In the middle of flipping winter. Since I was at the “3 strikes and you’re out” phase, I took it elsewhere. The system hadn’t been bled and pressurized properly and was low by 1.5 gallons of coolant. Cost me another couple hundred dollars for that, which I will be pursuing reimbursement for. Oh, and they never call you back and only sometimes answer the phone. Never listen to Jiffy Lube about repairs - go get a diagnostic from your trusted repair shop and go from there. This old raising my grandkids grandma, who had a hospital stay during the times they had my car, had to walk the kids to school more days than I can count, and really doesn’t have money to spare completely regrets letting them touch my car and take my precious money, convenience, and time away. AVOID!!!!"
