"It's home, I love it here. The staff are nice. I get to have my pets here. I love the parking garage. I just wish my fellow tenants would be courteous pet owners and pick up their dogs mess. It's no one else's responsibility but their own. The staff picks it up. But they really shouldn't have to."

"I like that the people in the office are nice and responsive, and maintenance usually comes on the same day for any repairs. I've lived in a few apartments before and sometimes it can take forever to get stuff fixed, so this has been a big relief to me. Everyone is really nice too and it's clean and quiet."

"I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff have been throughout my moving process. A special shoutout to Annie and JoAnn who are exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. The apartment is spacious and quiet while still having easy access to transportation. I'm very happy to have found this place!"

"My wife and I lived here from 2015-2019. We really liked the apartment itself. Nice big kitchen, spacious living room, and plenty of storage space. Maintenance was usually pretty quick. The management changed at least 3 times, so it was sometimes hard to get information when it was often new people. Not a ton of guest parking and the city banned overnight street parking on Howick Street. We ended up moving because of the increased crime/police presence and shady residents. One lady was housing obvious gang members whom I saw get arrested in the parking lot and they were back a week later. Someone was actually shot and killed one night...management said it was a suicide (naturally), but another resident heard from police that it was a homicide and that the bullet nearly penetrated through the wall to the next apartment. Regardless of the truth, it was the final straw that made us feel unsafe."

"Terrible, increased our rent without telling us and then says it's because their provider shows our apartment as vacant. They asked us to fix it, how is this our problem, the staff should fix this. It makes no sense, do not rent here, will be leaving once my lease is up, unless things get worse."
