"Apparently moved in to a “newly renovated apartment “ And yet everything’s broken and haven’t even 5 months? The first 2 months my Landry room door came off the hinges I did a Maintain Request he said he “fixed it “ and didn’t then my sink drain broke also didn’t fix that The screen to my balcony door came off and my balcony door doesn’t even lock he hasn’t fixed that two handles off my cabinets have fallen off because the screws are the wrong side there’s a leak coming from my ceiling and still hasn’t been fixed the toilet is broken and so is the fact to the bathtub For 1,600 a month this shouldn’t be an issues"

"If I could give no stars I would, ever since management changed they are unprofessional and rude, the rent is way to high, and they have tried to charge me twice for not picking up after my dog when I have been picking up after her, they don't have proof all they said was well you have a black dog so it must be you. I have proof I have been taking videos ever since the first accusation of me not picking up after her, I asked if they wanted to see them and their response was a unprofessional and rude demand to make the $250 dollar payment that isn't backed with any legality. Don't move here it has been the worse apartment I have ever lived in and they will charge you for anything they can especially right before your lease is up. UPDATE: we reached out today and it was demanded that we pay the waste removal fee even without proof they want $250 dollars from us with no proof, and they have broken our lease terms given the section stating that the amount we would pay for the pet waste removal fee was left blank in our lease, tell me how they can legally come up with a number out of thin air that was not stated in our lease? we have nothing but terrible experiences with the manager and we will not be recommending anyone to move here and get treated unkindly by the manager, the other staff is fantastic though."

"I like my apartment. It has quite a bit of room. I'm in a 2 bd 1 bth. Taylor in the office has been great to work with. I can't say that for the rest of them as there have been issues. I have had some maintenance issues come up. The emergency issues were taken care of right away, but the other things on the list have taken a long time to get done. That said, I am pretty happy living here. I plan to renew my lease when it comes due. Shout out to Taylor in the office!! She totally deserves 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Cute apartments, love having washer and dryer even in my studio. Office girls are attentive, helpful, and easy to work with. Taylor has been a huge help during my transitional period. She moved me in and now is the assistant manager I think, who collects the money . She is reasonable and understanding when arrangements are needed. Thanks Shadowbrook!"
