"I lived here before they called it Decker Lake. The day I moved in the electricity and the gas in the apartment were broken. It was also December! I had no choice but to live without both for 3 days. They had a serious cockroach and bed bug problem too. They tried to kill them for 3 months and couldn't I had just found out I was pregnant so I told them I needed out of my lease or I'd get an attorney. They let me break lease 6 months early. The neighbors were great, but the experience was terrible. I still hear horror stories. It looks nicer than when My husband and I lived there, but not by much. I wouldn't risk it."
