"We own a condo here. We have had experienced twice that we have set a reservation for the clubhouse but they did not leave it open for our occasion. If you want to get a hold of them it takes at least a day or so for them to respond to you which is after your event. Very poorly organized especially considering that they collect an HOA fee monthly."
