"Before you move here consider these Rules and Regulations as well rent increases. They have raised our rent by almost $400 since moving here in 1 year. 1 reason the "owner" was losing money and not making enough. -You cannot affix any alterations or you will be charged $50 per alteration, including Child safety locks the 3M type so good luck if you have children. -Your Balcony, patio, or porch may not be used for storage of any kind, any unsightly balcony, patio or porch will result in a violation of the residential rental agreement.( which includes any open flame barbecuing of any kind) - The "Owner" may determine to implement DNA testing of animals and residents to abide by the terms including paying such costs. - Residents shall not display any signs. flags, exterior lights, markings on the premises, awnings, or other projections should not be attached to outside walls, railings, or any part of the premises. -Holiday Décor must not disturb other residents. -The storage of flammables such as gas, propane, aerosol, paint, lighter fluid, and solvents is prohibited anywhere inside the unit or garage. Lawnmower gas should be stored in proper containers (OUTSIDE THE UNIT IN THE HOT SUN)??? -Garbage containers are to be kept in the garage or patio- where the sliding door is so the flies and smell can get into your main bedroom NICE! or a hot garage where decaying food would smell up the unit! -The "Owner" must be notified by a resident in writing of any guest who is expected to stay at the community for a period of more than 5 calendar days. If longer than 5 days they must sign a rental application and must be added to the lease. -ALL business and commercial uses are prohibited-daycare, salons(nail and hair), pet services of any kind nor addresses within may not be included in any business listing. -Snow and weeds are the resident's responsibility, failure to do so is a violation of the rental agreement. -Residents' failure in cutting their own grass weekly in the(backyard only) will result in a $20 weekly yard maintenance fee($80) a month added to your rent. -Patio limited to 3 flower pots. If you pay the day the rent is due after 5:00 pm they instantly put a 3-day vacate notice on your door same day.. there is a lot more to add to this list. this was a nice place to live before the new management came, now you just wait for the next wave of rules and regulations to come in. People constantly moving in and moving out, not worth it for these small units. since it feels like we can't do anything without a violation."

"Disgusting to see what they are doing to residents here. I know someone whose life was negatively altered due to this terrible community. Evictions for the slightest reasons, especially targeting those in need. It appears they are trying to evict those on any state assistance, even if rent is late because assistance was late. No trying to work with people. This way they can raise rents on new people coming in. This will be fought until justice prevails. Suggestion if you are interested in moving here. Drive through on a nice day, best on the weekend. Look for folks outside and ask for their opinion. It used to be a good place to live. Good luck."
