"Don’t move here. I was lied to multiple times by the management and real estate agent. I was specifically told that we wouldn’t owe anything for October (we moved in the 24th) and our first months rent would be November. Just to find out that we owe rent for October. I would’ve waited until November to move in if I knew that we would be paying for October. I feel like they were very sneaky about the way they handled it, and just put in the fine print that we’d be paying for October. These people are snakes, and seem to just be looking to scam. And honestly, I wouldn’t be too upset about paying for October if the lady on the phone was sympathetic and kind. She was incredibly rude, and had a snobby tone the entire call. She was acting incredibly passive aggressive, and disrespectful. I was simply trying to work out an issue and she did nothing but talk down to me, and hang up on me mid sentence. I definitely won’t be resigning with these people, and wish I would’ve went with a different company."

"Only one service provider for internet - incredibly bad internet for $100 a month (we are hostages and xfinity is not available in the area). Regular internet outages within the 1st 3 weeks here. The only provider for electricity (Rocky Mountain Power) had 2 outages in the EM area. Clubhouse bath rooms are not cleaned regularly. You'd be lucky for it to be cleaned once a week. It looks like it has not been cleaned in an ice age."

"They don’t clean properly at all. Worst management, and they steal all your money. Not to mention they charge you so much money when you have animals but don’t actually use that money to do pet treatments or proper cleaning (even got confirmation from the carpet cleaning guys). Do not live here. You won’t get your deposit back."
