"I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.if I could give less than 1 star I would. I was looking to get my son a full bedroom set including mattress and get Myself a bed frame and possibly a living room setup as well. Was on the phone with a woman at the Tooele Utah location, I believe her name was amber and she was trying very hard to get me to commit over the phone. I told her I was already headed that direction and that it would Be better if I picked up my son and brought him in with me. She kept reminding me that they were about to close in the next 45 mins and repeatedly made it Very clear that even if I was there before They closed that there was no way in hell she was going to start an agreement that close to closing time and that she would not stay 1 min past 6 pm and was really rude about it. She just made it feel like a huge inconvenience for her to help me and I told her that if it was such an inconvenience that I would just go somewhere else and she rudely responded by saying “good,that’s up to you bud” I absolutely will not ever do business at this place and highly recommended people to steer clear and to not even waste your time going into the Tooele location….. I am now going to take my business somewhere else and won’t ever step foot im another rent a center again. Amber is a very poor representation for this business and seriously has zero customer service skills and was completely rude and acted inconvenienced that I wanted to do business there. I would not want to have someone like this ever work for me or even work with someone like this. Very disappointed in the way I was treated l. Will definitely try to let as many people as I possibly can know to steer clear from this place and from this associate!!"
"Amber, who is most unfortunately the current manager is under the impression that she can speak down to adults in a very rude and condescending manner. I find this behavior to be completely unprofessional. She needs to be demoted, fired or put in the back where she will have ZERO contact with ANY customer!"
