"I lived here for close to a year when I was 18 and had a decent experience with some hangups around maintenance specifically but it’s been around 5 years the place has improved considerably! Wendy the manager is super kind, on top of everything and very poignant. She managed to get me the only unit I was really interested in and honored the $500 off move in charges that was advertised on the website at the time. She’s been super quick to respond to anything I needed and any issues I had. About the apartments themselves, they’re really good for the price and the Kirk is very good about helping you with any issues you might have as far as appliances or the units. I’ve never had problems with them as far as that goes and maintenance has always been on top of things. I will be honest, there are some characters that live here, to put it lightly. The highschool is also down the street, so something to keep in mind as kids can be noisy outside. I’m very excited to live here again however, the location is very convenient for me personally, and the staff has always been kind. Thanks again to Wendy!"
