"Love the management of this place. Very helpful and kind."
"Nice APARTMENTS I WOULD LOVE TO TAKE AND MOVE INTO APARTMENT OVER THERE"
"I've called Liberty Midtown home for over 3 years. I've enjoyed a peaceful experience living here. Being downtown and close to everything has been really great! Lawana is the Community Manager and has been an absolute gem to work with. She is always responsive to phone calls/emails and will get back to you very quickly. Anytime I've ever had any problems here, they have been quite minor and always promptly addressed. Herb is the Maintenance Supervisor and has always done a fantastic job with any fixes in my apartment, which have been very few but when a work order has been submitted it is taken care of with great care and high quality. Sylvia is always very helpful and calls whenever you have a package to be picked up. I think the property is managed very well and I've loved living here. If you're looking for a quality downtown experience, Liberty Midtown is a great choice!"
"I lived here for 2 years and it was a very mixed experience. You are drawn in by city living at an affordable price. You will be lucky to get shown a unit as most of them are generally full. Once moved in you will find paper thin walls and noisy neighbors. It's an all out brawl taking turns reporting each other for noise when a couple people are over. I'm pretty sure the residents below me had a techno dance party daily. I chose not to complain but in the end you will get complaints if you have more than 1 person at your place after 9pm. The weekend security guard will put an ear to doors; Is this a living space or a prison? You only have one option for internet, Century Link 5 Meg DSL. This is fine for some but not all. Also, the elevator is the slowest west of the Mississippi."
"My husband and I are full-time students with part time jobs. We're newly married and in the process of paying off debt. Liberty Midtown Apartments is great for us because being downtown puts us incredibly close to work and school. Super close to trax and our rent is very affordable. You have to be pretty low-income to qualify and you have to re-certify every year on the anniversary of your move-in date (which is a bit like being audited, its a big process). If you are willing to do the work, the benefits are awesome. The low-income program allows for growth so you don't need to "ride the system" and purposely make less money just to stay. They have several units which are market rent, but availability is few and far between in either case. I called everyday for 3 months before we got in. The inside of the apartments look very new and modern. We have 3 big windows that allow for tons of natural light to shine in. Upon closer inspection, you can tell some shortcuts were taken (i.e. cheap cabinets, small flaws, really scratchy flat carpet) and while our upstairs neighbors are probably UFC and MMA champions who practice frequently, all our other neighbors are quiet and not a bother. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave are included. There's a small workout room downstairs (and yes, the elevator is impossibly slow. We always take the stairs.) The office staff is awesome, and they host lots of fun activities and food in the lobby. WE LOVE LIBERTY MIDTOWN!"
