"Heat keeps coming on and off. The bathtub is backed up. The shower knob is leaking bad. The counter top is rotted out. There's a switch for an overhead light in the bedroom, but apparently the light is not there. And of course the whole apartment stinks. Now I know why it was so easy to get this apartment."

"I love living here especially because they hired a great team of people. All of the staff is great. But there is one who stands out the most and that is the grounds lady. She really cares about the people who live here. Every day she is making sure the trash is picked up and if there is something that we need help with she will always do what she can to make sure it gets done. She does the grounds and I do not know what she is getting paid but I think she needs a raise or promotion. We love her kindness and attention to detail’s. Thanks Jeannette."
