Slate

"I like living here, my favorite part is how people (neighbors) keep to themselves and I never ever am bothered by any noise by people in the apartment. I am pretty sure I have neighbors on all sides, as well as upstairs but it is like they are never there. My apartment is pretty close to the bars, and is noisy during the weekend, but not something that is super annoying as it dies down fast. The only thing I could complain about really is just the fact that it seems like some people don't pick up after their dogs, which is kind of gross to look at when you pass by. Overall, the staff, like Abish and Mariana are very nice and helpful, they answer questions fast, even if you send an email."

"Brand new, comfortable place. Located in a nice spot close to lots of food. Staff is great, very kind and helpful. Apartments are nice and have a Smart home setup. Great spot if you want to be in downtown SLC. My only con is probably parking, you can only get one spot in the garage, so if you have 2 vehicles you have to park it in the street close by."
