She was extremely knowledgeable about the property, and made me feel like I was right at home. Super friendly staff, and amazing property for the price they ask for!!! I would highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for an affordable place to stay!"

"I love living here, I thought the airport was going to be noisy but it's not. The apartment complexes are clean and quiet, I love the fact that there's an outdoor and an indoor jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they're very helpful. I would totally recommend living here to anyone."

"The complex and amenities are really nice. The staff is great, the maintenance is always done quickly. The only knock is the apartments are a little on the small side and they tend to get really hot or cold depending on the season. Overall a good experience so far."

"Very pleasant place to live. Somewhat small and pricey but at this point, what isn't? The maintenance team is AMAZING - the absolute best. Extremely quick and friendly. The facilities and property are well-maintained. Mold does grow easily in the apartments so keep an eye on it. We never had an issue with pests. Also they didn't screw us over with the move out process and that was so tight. We expected to owe money but they gave us some of our deposit back! It's a great place to live and we enjoyed our 3 years with them! Images included are of the Great Flood of '22, a squirrel (a common sight at Sky Harbour), the property in different seasons, and the pool and sauna."
