"Great staff, nice facilities! My mother lived at the Ellison for about 6 years. Whenever there were problems that came up, the staff were quick to kindly respond. The facilities and amenities were more than adequate and in good repair for our expectations. When it was time to move out (unfortunately due to around-the-clock health care needs), the staff (especially Kristy), went above and beyond, making the transition clear and accommodating. Thank you for your service and facility!"

"So far I received excellent follow up to my critical call regarding my heat and hot water. I will be totally satisfied once the new hot water heater is installed on the schedule given to me. The work order is not complete as of this time but I have received follow up information"

In addition, the Assistant Manager, Kristy, is great to work with and talk to on various subjects regarding the building. She does whatever she can to make things happen, to make changes plus improvements and actually listens to needs or concerns."

"I’ve lived at the Ellison for four years now and I love it. We have a secure building, with electronic access only. This helps me feel safe. We also have elevators for easy access to our upstairs apartments. The clubhouse is fantastic for family parties and is available for a very reasonable price. I love the pool and hot tub too. The office staff is phenomenal. They are there to listen and help solve any problem or concerns I may have. The maintenance crew, the same. The response time is great and I trust them to come into my apartment to do whatever, even when I’m not there.. Our building is clean and well maintained at all times.
