"Hotel restaurant took us hostage for 2 hours of boardgame convention time. They assigned some poor lady who had never waitressed before to tend to the restaurant. She really couldn't do it, and took 30 minutes just to get a check. I brought it to other employees attention and no one seemed able to help. I paid alot money to attend this convention and don't have 2 hours to spend on poor service. Update: I filled out that Hilton customer feedback form as the comment from the owner suggested. They did nothing with the information."
"Recently stayed here while attending a conference at the Davis Conference Center. I LOVED that the hotel was attached. Relaxing in my room during conference breaks was priceless. The hotel staff was incredible from check in to the time i checked out. This will be my forever conference hotel."
"I l9ved that it is connected to the Davis Conference Center. However, room heater rattled all night long. Also, they boast that being near an exit door is awesome for the convenience, but all I heard was the banging open and closing of the door and rowdy, noisy people until 4 am. Then I had to be up by 6 am. Not cool. They need better soundproofing."
"A great place to stay and even better that it is connected to the conference center. The room was decent. The bathroom shower wasn't very clean there were random pieces of who knows what on the shelves. The buffet breakfast was not the best either. I would definitely stay here again in the future."
