Pepper Ridge Apartments

"You ever hear the term "you get what you pay for"? These apartments are by no means clean or the greatest. However, it's month to month, allows pets, neighbors keep to themselves and the office team and workers respond appropriately. If you're looking for nice, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a cheap place to get you by, these are absolutely perfect."

"I love the Pepper Ridge Apartments. They are good apartments at an affordable price. The management team has always been a pleasure to deal with. You can pay rent easily with an app and also setup maintenance requests with it as well. The maintenance team has always come at the scheduled time and fixed any issue that arises in a timely fashion. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for an affordable apartment in a safe area."

"I have lived here about one year. The staff is absolutely amazing, rent is reasonable, and it has a park like atmosphere. Dogs of any breed are allowed with a DNA test to keep all residents honest about cleaning up after them. I've never waited more than a few hours for maintenance."

"They are super great about helping me out with my apartment meaning they have came in so much and fixed thing that the last tenants didn’t report and the only reason they didn’t fix it before because I did a lease take over. They have made living here a dream. They take care of their residents really well and are understanding about circumstances. They are a great people and make living here great. When I had a problem with my old roommate (the one I did a lease take over for) they helped me with changing the locks and making sure that I was okay and just over all in a good place."

"This place is a decent place to live if you can't afford anywhere else; if you can go there. My apartment is a studio in the back and has a nice view of the freeway off ramp and the Chevron station in the back where there's a parking lot full of broken down, rusted out old cars. It's right next to the freeway with only a small, bent fence between the two; no sound wall. My apartment has only one window. The water heater is underpowered and can't make it through an entire shower or bath without loosing both heat and water pressure. There is no dishwasher. The shove heats up pretty quickly quickly, but isn't digital, so regulating the temperature is more difficult. The laundry facilities are severely outdated with dirty machines, walls and floors that aren't cleaned regularly. The coin-operated washers are small and still have agitators in them. They are constantly breaking down and eating chang. There are no change machines in the laundry rooms. This apartment complex has no amenities; other than basic cable. All utilities are included in the rent, the balconies on each apartment are pretty nice. Tenants tend to ignore each other. Fast and easy to get help when needed"
