"We lived for over a year and can't say anything but great things about the management! They are wonderful and accommodating, which is really hard to find in the apartment complexes these days. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. Their website makes it super easy to put in requests and follow up. One excellent thing is after we moved out, we got our whole deposite back! We've lived in other apartments in Utah. But even when we did a full cleaning in those places, they always found a way to keep most money or all. Like I said, these people are genuinely nice and trying to help us. Thank you Wingpointe team!"

"I love this place. The grounds keepers work so hard and the place is always in such good condition. I couldn’t imagine giving this place less than 5 stars. My favorite thing they did is add spots around the facility with doggy bags for pet owners that take their animals out on the grass. And when it snows, they’re always on top of it before anyone gets up for the day."

"The complex looks new and in excellent location. The appartments are good in size, especially the living room and the master bedroom. They are quiet. They have central A.C. and heater. RePainted for each lease. The outdoor is clean and well kept. They almost daily clean the area around. The administration ladies are respectful and helpful. maintainace men are also helpful and always on time. I did not use the laundry room, but it has plenty of washers and driers. Other amentites - swimming pool, jakozi, playing ground, and BBQ area - are good. Lately, they renovated the gym and the kids' playground area. It looks much better and modern now. "I moved in a couple of months ago and have had the best experience. The rooms are huge and the rent is super low. For this price I expected to have a ton of problems, but it has been everything but. One of the top things that I love is that they are super respectful of your privacy. They will never just come into your apartment unless you've given then permission to, or unless there has been a complaint against you. I really thought we would have problems because I have two small children with loads of energy, but I have not had a single complaint. It also help that I have super awesome neighbors. I love it here and definitely plan on staying for a good long while."
