Goldstone Place

"I would love to move out of this place. To start off the washer had mold on the inside. The dishwasher on the first load I washed started spurting water from underneath the sink. The dude across the hall parties every other night and blasts music and gets my dog and the neighbors dog all riled up. There are ants all over my kitchen and some parts of my bedroom. and to add rent went from about 1250 to almost 1600. They’ve probably fired 6-7 office workers. (I’ve walked into the leasing office to find someone new almost every month.) the new office lady is untrained and has no clue how to do her job. Plus the initial manager is gone. They pelt you with every extra fee imaginable for rent. And last but not least I called the the morning of the third to tell them that I still had that months rent in my account and the lady said it’ll go through I said okay I’ll wait then the afternoon of the 5th I got an eviction notice on my door and got fined with an extra 400 dollar fine for rent being late. And to add to it. NOBODY ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE. I called 10 times in the morning and another 10 times later in the afternoon because I was down with a sinus infection and didn’t want to get anyone sick. I.e. DONT MOVE HERE."

"I was ready to move-in that's why I made an appointment couple weeks ago. And when I was there for the tour the lady in the office not even said hello or anything. I said good morning and she just looked at me. I said I have an appointment for a tour and etc etc. Man...she was pushing me to move faster during the tour and she didn't even explain me the bills or the rent, pet rent etc etc. At the end I left saying ok thanks byeee and she didn't even say anything back. Goldstone idk what kind of people you are hiring but definitely that girl is not the best if you guys want to bring people to live there. And anyways I have been reading all the comments and the lady has a lot of bad reviews and the place as well. THANK YOU HISPANIC LADY FOR BEING RUDE WITH ME. IM HISPANIC TOO but it's disappointing how she treated me and she treated more people as I was seeing in the comments And yeah yeah Goldstone I know you will reply with the generic message saying I'm sorry for thiss inconvenience but I don't want your apologies. "This place was a HORRIBLE choice. They are so over priced, it’s hot as hell in my apartment all year, the bugs are outrageous, and my rent was never $1320 for a one bedroom it is now $1900 for a one bedroom. Management is quite rude. Maintenance never fixes anything per request. There’s dog poop anywhere you step. There’s stray cats EVERYWHERE. In the summer there’s a million spiders and it gets up to 90 degrees in my apartment but somehow my bill ends up being through the roof, make that make sense. 0/10 recommend. Not to mention this place is beat down and out dated."

"Do not waste your money just move somewhere else. Way overpriced and not a good place to stay with kids. I lived here for 18 months and i should have never the utilities are all put together and split between everyone which is messed up to people that are barely home. No A/c and heat they only use outdated style equipment which is heated floors that work in certain areas and not in others, and they use swamp coolers that we were on the 2nd floor that did nothing due to the heat. No help from management on anything they just want the money and no care in fixing or updating the complex. The drains never work outside so when it rains/snows it’s always flooding in front of walkways"

"Worst managed apt I have ever lived in. Swamp coolers hardly work and when you send in repair requests for them, you get the excuse that "it's just that time of year when the don't work well." Over priced for what you actually get. Seriously look at other places and only rent from here if it is the very last option you have."
