He took a guess that it was the starter, and sure enough, it was. Overall really kind, friendly, and awesome service overall."

"Office staff was great at communicating updates, operators were quick and efficient at pulling my rig out of the hole I'd dug myself into. Wait time was a little long but seeing as the office number was from UT and I was way over in Point of Rocks, WY the wait was rather short for the distance traveled. Operators even suggested that I hold off on leaving the truck stop as they were getting reports of the interstate possibly closing. All in all it was a great and professional experience"
