Mel did a great job explaining the new features and functionality of the Baby Lock sewing machines I was interested in. Ultimately, they helped me find a reliable backup sewing machine, within my budget, for my 31 year old Elna while it is in for repairs. The Baby Lock Presto II is doing a great job! I love all the new stitches, the self-threading needle, and the self-trimming thread features.
