"I printed my Wedding Invitations here and I had the most AMAZING experience!! The quality was awesome and they were so willing to work with me as I had to make some changes to my file. One thing I think most don’t know is that professional printing takes time. Even though they are cheap, they are professional and thorough. Well worth the time- even then, 7 business days was not a bad turn around time from the time I had my final file ready to go to have my envelopes, inserts, and invites. Also- you can mail your invites directly from the same building…. Say wha?? That was a huge time saver and relief with all the wedding stress. Way to go BYU Print!!"

"BYU Print and Mail is an incredible business with an amazing staff. My wife and have been working with them for the past few months to publish our personal histories. Each of our books included photos and illustrations to support the text. Each of our books exceeded 350 pages and I chose to use color for my photos and illustrations and Joyce decided to reproduce all of her many, many pictures in black and white. The printing and binding quality of both books exceeded our expectations and the work was done at a reasonable cost and in the promised time and without any stress or anxiety. In my businesses I have overseen numerous printing projects over the yeas that included books and marketing materials and what I can tell you is that working with BYU Print was an experience we enjoyed and would go back for more when the opportunity presents itself. In particular we were privileged to work with Julie Kaio, one of their amazing consultants, who made the entire process easy and fun. She is knowledgeable and was willing to help us make the right decisions when we needed advice and direction. Joyce is artistic and exacting and Julie supported her and worked with her to get precisely the results and look for cover design and some of the internal esthetics of our books. I self-published a novel with a remote printer a couple of years ago and I know how challenging a book publishing and printing process can be but when you work with accommodating and talented people like Julie and her supporting team it can actually be enjoyable. Don't look any further than BYU Print and Mail and Julie if you have a publishing project and want and an enjoyable project with great results at a reasonable cost. "It was frustrating to interact with them. I emailed them the numbers I needed, they verified the numbers of initiations and slips I needed, and I confirmed. They told me it would take 7-10 business days. On the 8th day, they tell me “your invitations are ready” so I go there but it’s just the proofs. That was frustrating. I approve the proofs. I go back the next day and don’t think anything would be wrong with my prints. I come home and the borders are uneven even though we have bleeding room. They also gave us the wrong amounts of the different slips we needed. I call them and they tell me they messed up and to come in tomorrow. They’re closed on Saturday’s so I point that out, and the person goes quiet. She tells me they will be ready in the morning on Monday and that they will call me. I call them around 11 am that Monday and they answer the phone with a lot of sass and when I explain the situation, they breathe heavily into the phone and say they will be done at the end of the day and they will call me. I wait until 16:00 to call, and once again the girl sounds frustrated with me before I even say anything. They tell me my order will be done at the end of the day. I ask them if they can specify what time since it’s already 16:00 and they close at 17:00, but they repeat themselves and say “at the end of the day.” I have my fiancé go pick up the orders at 16:30 but they’re still not ready. The order isn’t ready until 16:56 which I would never have made unless I had someone there already to pick them up. Overall, they were really unprofessional in their time management and customer service abilities. It wasn’t my fault they got the order wrong and yet I was at fault. They’re friendly until you decide to ask questions about your order or ask for more information. Their prices are cheap but it’s not worth it to be treated so badly."

"I've only had good experiences with BYU Print and Mail. They've been helpful, responsive, and the quality of work is superb. I've printed books, posters, and even pieces with gold foil, and they can do it all. BYU Print and Mail is not the fastest (depending on what you need), but if you don't have a time crunch, they know what they're doing and they do it well. Not to mention they have the best prices this side of the Mississippi."
