"It's a drop box, what can I say? But know that it's not immediately inside. AND IT'S NOT AVAILABLE 24/7 like the hours say. It seems to match the bank's operating hours, as the doors to it will be locked if the bank is closed. Pickup time was 4:30pm when I went, though maybe that will shift around over time. If you're entering through the main doors as in the picture, you need to walk down the hall and through the glass door past the elevators. It'll be directly next to that glass door once you go through. Alternatively, you can enter via the "back door" that is in the drive-thru area. That will take you directly to the Drop Box. I should have taken a picture of this door, but you can see it in my second picture, through that first glass door. It's literally right across from the drop box, which I wish I had known beforehand. (It's possible that this door IS open 24/7, but I'd assume it is not. I think the posted hours are just flat-out incorrect.)"
