"I honestly don’t know why I got a piece of metal stuck to my sandwich. They said that it’s a common occurrence so they gave me a new sandwich but it still has me concerned. How is that not a safety hazard? If this happens often, then the fryer should be fixed. As someone who worked in fast food before, I can tell you that this shouldn’t be happening. The staff are nice but i was lucky to have spotted this and be eating on campus. Had I brought this and been far from campus, I never would’ve gotten a new sandwich or money back and instead would’ve wasted 10 bucks."

"I ordered at the kiosk and the receipt didn't print out. I wasn't able to get the order number, I wasn't expecting a receipt not to print out. I tried telling the worker that but they pushed me to the side. I was able to get my food like 30 minutes later. My fries were super cold as a result of the whole situation."

"There were 4 girls just talking in the front and laughing and 10 orders on the screen to be completed. I asked if any of them could help make my order and they just stared at me. I told Shelbie and she listened and said thanks but never apologized."

"The folks at Chick-fil-A know how to do a drive through. Several employees helping move the line along. Very very rarely do they make a mistake on the food. Friendly, good food, great experience."
