"This was absolutely the WORST experience that I have ever had moving! The guys were extremely careless with my furniture. They dented, scratched, and even BROKE wooden furniture. I had to temporarily move to a storage unit. While I wasn’t there, they walked on my wooden furniture without any protection over it. The same with my couches! I thought that they were going to use the blankets that I provided to cover my furniture – NOPE! They took their blanket off and then slide boxes across my wood furniture! They actually wrapped shelves that were ALREADY wrapped, but didn’t put anything over my brand new coffee table or credenza! Then, before I even know if there are any damages to my things, they are making me sign off on a measly 60 cents per lb on payment on damages! I am now going to have to foot the bill to be able to fix all of the damages that they did to my furniture! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They don’t train their employees and they don’t care about your precious belongings! These pictures are only a few of the damages that they did to my furniture!"
