"Consider an alternative moving company unless you intend to transport exclusively boxed and well-protected items. Our experience with this company resulted in damaged, unpackaged furniture, including nightstands, TV media centers, and a curio cabinet, which acquired abrasions, scratches, and dents. Unfortunately, essential precautions, such as using moving blankets to protect these items, were neglected. Despite assurances that the moving trucks were reportedly supplied with ample moving blankets for exposed and unprotected furniture, none were evident while handling our wood furniture, including nightstands and TV media centers—one of which was purchased just weeks prior. Additionally, I witnessed our mattress not being carried to the truck by two men but pushed through a concrete breezeway by just one man. Lack of care was also displayed with our newly acquired 7' x 10' area rug, which was dragged through the same breezeway, resulting in fraying on the corner stitching. Upon reporting the damage and following up after a week for an update, I was promised contact from an individual who would assess the damage and propose a solution. More than a month has passed since this review, and I have not received any communication from this individual. It's important to point out that the actual service did not align with the marketed imagery of branded vehicles and uniformed personnel. We actually got a decommissioned yellow Penske truck and movers who did not exhibit a professional appearance or demeanor. The next time I employ a moving company, I will happily pay two or three times more to hire a company that practices caution and care when handling their client's possessions. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for.""

"Used Helping Hands Moving Company for a move. Took about 5 hours including drive time (40 minute drive). Caleb and Alex were awesome, efficient, and great to work with. Kept all of the appliances and furniture safe with pads and plastic wrap. Didn't have additional fees for everything we used to get moved. Downside is the set screw on the freezer door handle got stripped from using a drill to remove the handle instead of an allen wrench. Could have been worn already from install but still a bummer. But anyone who has ever assembled or taken apart furniture/appliances knows how hard it can be to not strip a screw at any point. Awesome service, will use again if I'm moving in their service location next time."
