"About three visits ago I had the trailer lights not working 100%. We changed up the wires on the trailer and still no luck. The brake lights and blinkers worked and I only needed the motorcycle trailer for a few miles and that was that. Yesterday Jeffery B noticed the same issue and put a tester on it just like the other attendants and he informed me I had a bad fuse on the trailer running light. It was such a simple fix that I knew exactly what to look for and got it fixed. It was such a simple thing that Jeffery B could have just sent me on my way and said your problem not mine, but he didn’t. Thank you."

"Every experience after moving my stuff In has been awful. The store manager is rude, if you have questions or concerns your treated poorly. God forbid I moved from the address they had me listed at, thats kinda the business they thrive off of isn't it? Moving? So between that and they claim to not have my ID on file they locked me out of my units. I called, after 30 - 40 times with no answer I got ahold of someone, I wanted to see if there was anyway I could update my address without going into the location, they told me no. It can only be done in person, they also explained they don't have my ID on file. Tell me something, how would they have rented the unit to me in the first place if they didn't have proof of ID? They can't. Anyhow, I just got done changing my listed address with their web site. So basically dozens of phone calls and messages , letters sent. And it could have been avoided if anyone knew what they were doing."

"Absolutely disorganized! I ordered basic packing supplies online for pick up. When I got there, no one knew what they were doing. There were about 6 of us in line, and 1 lady working who didnt know how to do much of anything. Either she was new and left alone or just didn't have the training. Finally someone else showed up, and had to explained how to even fulfill an online order. She had me fulfill my own order which I was under the impression would be ready for pick up as it stated in my confirmation. Noone even bothered to help me load all the boxes into my vehicle or anything. I'll drive to another location to get better s3rvice next time, and when it's time to get my truck to move, it won't be from here either.."

"Fast service even though the place was busy on a Saturday morning. Friendly customer service when picking up the box truck. The contract was clearly explained. Upon vehicle drop off a U-Haul representative was quick to help and the bill was less than originally quoted. This is the second time I have had a positive experience with the Ogden location."
