"Food is good and you guys have an old employee named Isabella and she was an awesome employee always made me feel welcomed and would give a good laugh and have a good atmosphere. I had gotten a sandwich from there today there was not supposed to be onions what’s in the sandwich you ask onions and there is skins or something of the banner peppers and I have a pit with a stem from a pepper"

"Dude who works nights needs to listen better messed up multiple things on both the sandwich’s I got because he wasn’t listening. And I could barely hear him definitely needs to speak up as well. EDIT: went in and got a refund so the problem was resolved but I definitely do feel bad for the staff very much over worked and overwhelmed so that’s why these mistakes happened I can’t blame them."

"Guy named Phillip he was awesome. Extremely patient with my kids when they were ordering he even talked to them and made them feel comfortable so they could order them selfs. It's amazing how much better it can be when u have a great worker like that there."

"Staff was extremely rude, I had to repeat myself 4+ times. They would rather talk to each other then help customers and the store was out of a lot of stuff. Instead of checking if the had it or going to prep it."

"EDIT: after seeing the reply from the owner of this subway, I’m not surprised that they claim they gave it back to me. Because I was brushed off and told “oh well, get a new one” Worst. Subway. EVER. They were so reckless and inconsiderate that they LOST my food handlers card. And brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. Absolutely ridiculous."
