"We had a government move with this company. Nice enough guys. There were numerous things I set to the side and asked not to be packed that were packed anyway. They left windows open and messed with my thermostat. They lost points because one of them clogged my toilet. Not cool. Not recommended."

"Horrible company! We wanted to use an Atlas affiliate as we’ve been pleased with them in the past. The crew that moved us out were absolutely awful! They tried to load items we were moving, they broke lamps and hid the parts in the moving boxes that we found when we unpacked. Lampshades just crammed into boxes and ruined. They broke items packed in boxes noted FRAGILE & HIGH VALUE. We’re missing parts to bookcases and our master bed. Total garbage and not worth the high cost we paid. When I’ve complained all I get told “things break during moves. Just file a claim”. I’m so sick of hearing that. Literally everything I packed is in mint condition. It’s ironic the things we paid extra for them to pack or items they dismantled for the move are broken. Absolute garbage! Would give zero stars if I could."
