"Upon visiting the store, I found myself to be the only customer present. However, it took a long time to complete the pickup process. The employee attending to me initially mentioned that if my package had not been delivered today, they would not have it in-store. However, according to the tracking information, the package had arrived a day prior. I politely informed the employee about this fact twice during our conversation. I genuinely hope that such inconveniences do not occur in the future, as it becomes quite frustrating to experience delays and discrepancies in the handling of packages."

"I need a different option, a cheap one, from the PO box offered at the USPS office. I found this online. A place that takes your mail seriously. The person who works closing (next time I'll ask her name), is very helpful, nice and friendly. Check this place out. It is worth it."

"Today, I visited this store where I usually receive excellent service. They have always been helpful with my files and assist me in printing everything I need for my business. However, my experience today was quite disappointing. The lady who was attending to me displayed a terrible attitude, which is far from what one expects when seeking good customer service. Despite explaining that the size was clearly specified in the original file and required no modification, she insisted on charging me for resizing it. It was evident that she lacked the necessary knowledge and seemed more interested in charging for every little thing than providing proper service. I left this place with no intention of ever returning, given how poorly she treated not just me but also other customers. The lack of enthusiasm and the focus on charging for every minor task made this a terrible service experience. This happened today at 3 PM."
