"I ship freight regularly to customers across the US. R&L's Chad Leatherwood (out of Georgia) is a real peach. I'm pretty sure he harnessed the weather for me today, so my customer could complete a job scheduled for this weekend. He went the extra mile at the terminal and pulled the pallet of product for us. Not only that...he was upbeat and funny, which made a potentially stressful situation much better. I told him he was #1. And I meant it. I will use R&L freight more often if it means getting the service I received today. Go Chad!"

"Absolutely 100 percent the worst company I've ever seen im my life. The delivered a $10,000 printer in shambles and when they delivered it they said just call and make claim . They then denied claim and said because I received it I was responsible. Even though thier delievery guy told me what to do it order to get it resolved. I'm now having to get lawyer. I've got 6 witness statements and they still won't respond. So Disgusting and they should truly be ashamed of themselves. Do not and I mean do not use this company!"
