"Editing my 2 star review to 3 - Jordan , the new property manager, is a bit more responsive than previous manager. I do wish there was still more communication with residents about their plans to fix a couple of items such as the garage door that has not worked for at least 75% of my time here ( been living here for almost 2 years now). My car is parked in the parking garage and I have not had any issues with it (I also don’t leave valuables in the car ever). Apartments are decent priced for the area they are at and they are pretty nice. So far all my neighbors next to me and above me have been pretty great."

"You honestly can’t beat the price for the location and views! It has everything I need including W/D, dishwasher and a nice walk in closet. It’s very clean when moved in and everyone at the front office, including maintenance have been nothing but wonderful! It is also a gated community with cameras everywhere in case anyone’s feeling iffy."

"My husband and I have lived here since 2020 and we are sad to be moving this summer. If you are looking for great neighbors, great office staff, great and affordable apartments, these are it! We honestly do not have any major complaints. Kristina and all the girls at the front office are amazing at what they do and helpful any time we need assistance with something. They always answer calls and respond to emails very quickly. The maintenance guys, Andy and his crew, are all awesome. Andy goes above and beyond and is super friendly and has even helped me unload big furniture on occasion. The apartments are very spacious and stylish. The huge windows are perfect for any plant lover out there. Garage parking available, in-unit washer dryer, gated community, close to downtown, amazon hub, pet friendly, elevators, and so much more. You will love living here as much as we have!"

"I have been renting my art studio from Project Open for a year now, and I really love it. The space has a large art sink and great ventilation for when working with strong-fume mediums. It is also in such a nice location. I appreciate that only those with key fobs can enter the building, as I often paint very late at night. On that note, I do wish renters in the Guadalupe (Project Open art studio) building could have access to the parking, as it can be scary to walk alone at night to my car in the street. It has also been inconvenient to have the main area closed, as I have no access to a bathroom. However, I know the only reason the main space & bathroom is closed off is due to COVID, and I appreciate them being wise with limited contact."

"I’ve had a great experience living here so far! I have been here for 7 months now and really enjoy the complex! The apartments are nice and clean and every time I email management I get a quick response. They are amazing at letting you know when someone is going to enter your apartment (which I had issues with in my previous place of living). Security in the secured parking area could be better, but I’ve noticed more security cameras being placed and frequent security monitoring the area. Which is awesome. Hello Fresh Bulk Market is right downstairs which is an amazing addition to the complex. I love living here and how affordable it is. I recommend anyone I know looking for a place to live here!"
