"Things happen, sure. But the only info on the tracking I could see for 16 days was the item was shipped. I wish I’d had a similar experience to the four and five star ratings here. My package was ordered April 11th. First mile picked it up the 13th. I just received that package today, April 29th. This was a huge failure and I hope no one else has this same experience."
