Le Bus

"I was recently on a bus headed to California for an event. What a nightmare. These buses should not be on the roads. It was just fixed up enough to get by as a coach.Our driver was rude and acted like he was inconvenienced by everyone. I have decided that this company is no longer about service, but about the money. Sad, because LeBus was at one time a great coach company. My advice is to think about your safety, before you board one of these quick fix caches. It is sad, because they use to care and provide top notch transportation. There are far better motor coach companies for the same fee."

"Lynn Nelson was the bus driver on our recent Collette National Parks tour. He was great! Always helpful, personable and knowledgeable (and amazed us a few times)! The bus was always kept very clean and his driving was top notch! Great job Lynn and so nice meeting you! The pic is of Lynn and our tour manager Heather Larsen (she was amazing too)! "We almost got run into the barrier on the freeway by this driver. We were towing our 4 wheelers up a hill so my husband couldn’t slow down to let him over. He came over anyways we almost ran into the barricade. He waved and laughed at us. As we pulled among side home so I could take a picture he was laughing and waving to us. I am hoping he did not have people on board. So dangerous! I did call dispatch to report it. They said they would “talk “ to him. My children frequently ride Le Bus for sporting events no way would I want this reckless guy driving my kids around. Bus # 4172. Salt Lake"

"Last week I was part of a tour through the National Parks as part of UCLA Alumni Travel and Orbridge. As a host on the tour I was charged with working with the tour directors to ensure our travelers experience was a positive one. We were lucky to have Clay Sanders from LeBus as our bus driver on the tour - he made our job that much easier and was part of the trip’s overall success. Clay’s experience as a driver, professionalism and good humor was a plus for our group. He ensured our safety with smooth driving and made sure passengers always left the bus safely, assisting those who needed it while getting off the bus. The bus was kept clean throughout the tour, both inside and out - Clay worked hard to keep it that way. Aside from being a great and safe driver, Clay was easy going, answered questions, joked with the travelers and helped out when needed, going above and beyond his listed duties. Clay worked great with the tour directors, checking in with them about logistics and details to make sure every stop and visit was done as planned. Clay was greeted with applause at the end of the tour and was given many well-deserved compliments and positive feedback. Thanks to him, we were able to safely marvel at natural beauty and wildlife while exploring national and state parks, national monuments and local sights. Thanks Clay!"
