"I was never contacted about my order having been delivered. This was after having waited 30 minutes for the delivery. I called once, and the manager told me to wait a bit longer. I waited 10 more minutes and called again. This time I was told it was delivered. I walk to my door, and yes, there is pizza there. I talked to the manager because my pizza was cold and I was never contacted,and the manager at this location told me there was "nothing she could do" because it "wasn't their fault." My fellow Googlers, does the website mess up randomly and they have no idea why, or did the human delivery driver just not follow the procedure--whatever it is--that informs the app that the pizza has been delivered? My guess is the latter. Unless the entire Pizza Hut app suddenly glitched for everyone in the country, it was definitely human error. Even if it weren't, though, a good manager who wanted to keep customers would maybe offer a coupon to be nice. That was my thought. I'm not sure the pizza would have been hot even if I had been informed about its delivery, though, since at literally more than 30 minutes from the time the app informed me that the pizza was on its way it still wasn't there (I checked at that point.) In conclusion, feel free to get delivery from here if you want cold pizza and rude service. Oh! And my order wasn't even complete. They left out the marinara sauce that I paid for."
