"I was promised from FedEx that I would have my package on a certain day. When it did not show up that day I called to see why it had not showed up. Their customer support told me that it would not be there for a few more days. When I asked why, they gave me a very vague excuse that left me with more questions than answers. When I asked what they could do to help my they hung up on me. Good job FedEx, this is one reason why Amazon is taking over."
