Rice King Express

"The food here is absolutely delicious. However when I was eating my king pao chicken I found a small piece of metal mixed in with my food! It looked like a peice of one of those metal scrubbies. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know and no one understood what I was talking about. They offered me more food which was very nice but I am now afraid to eat there. I feel bad leaving a negative review but I think it's important for people to know that this happened since it is dangerous if ingested."

"Best of utah that i have had, i will say they make their egg drop and hot n spicy soup too thick i water it down and add a little bullion because the thick texture is not for me. But overall the flavor/portion size/ quality is there for everything"

"I've always liked this place. Over the years, they've maintained great food for a fair price and have always been so kind when interacting with me. Dining in is a great option there, though most people get take out, but regardless of which you choose they serve up the same huge amount of delicious food."

"I have had take out from here many times over the years without issues. Tonight, we wanted take out to not have to deal with the valentines crowds. I placed an online order like I have done every other time. I waited to leave until it was closer to the expected time they gave me for it to be ready. I let the lady at the counter know I had an online order and gave her the phone number. She tried to locate the receipt in the disorganized row of receipts. After a few minutes, she said she couldn't find it. I showed her the order number on my confirmation text, but still no luck on finding the receipt, and I guess there is no way to pull it electronically. She asked what I ordered, I told her, and showed her what I ordered. She rang me up and I paid for the order. One hour later, they called out most of my order but not what I ordered. No one else moved to get the order, so I made my way up, and they tried to hand it to me, and I told them I ordered General Chicken and not ORANGE Chicken. I again showed what I ordered. The lady apologized and went to get food changed out. She came back minutes later and handed me the food. I went home unpacked the food. Low and behold they gave me the ORANGE Chicken I didn't order instead of fixing their mess up. I won't be back anytime soon. Good thing there are another ten Chinese restaurants in Roy to choose from."

"I asked for food that was not spicy and was given a suggestion which I ordered along with orange chicken. The food they suggested was a spicy dish. I also ordered fried rice and they gave me plain rice. Overall the taste of the food is not that great and was the nastiest Chinese food I've had. The orange chicken tasted like crusty chicken with sugary syrup. It was really gross. I prefer other Chinese restaurants around the area over this one. I do not recommend."
