"There are certain things that are just better here. Their bakery bread being the biggest one for us. Best around. Produce and meats, deli meats, cheeses, olives, etc. are better than most grocery stores, but also often more expensive. I would say it is best to do your big shopping at Smiths and get certain favorites here at Harmons."

"Honestly don’t know how people can shop here. The bakery cakes, especially carrot were extremely dry and lacked texture one might expect for $17+. The premade food options are terrible, often bland, and no where near worth their cost. Harmons tries to brand as this premium chain, but often falls short. I recently had a situation where I bought ice cream sandwiches I had to return because they were previously melted and just thrown back into the freezer. Will be avoiding harmons 100% for all my grocer needs."

"I used to adore Harmons bakery. We have purchased a cake from them for every single birthday. This past year they have ruined EACH AND EVERY SINGLE birthday cake we have asked for (6 of them). They do not follow instructions, even when given very specifically. The cake itself tastes as incredible as always, but the employees who decorate the cakes have severely slacked off. At this point I’m not sure I will return again. Paying $50 for a cake that is not even close to what I asked for is something I cannot afford to do anymore."

"I love, love, love Harmons! Very nice clean store. There is wide variety of specialty, niche items. Employees go above and beyond and provide exceptional customer service. The only reason why I didn’t give them five stars is because every time I go in the store they do not have my favorite turkey jalapeño soup. Please, I beg you… can you please have turkey jalapeño soup more readily available?"

"Jason in produce was closing for the night. Had to be just minutes before close. I had a hunger for some fresh pineapple, But none on shelve. I stopped him in the process of covering the produce for the night and he instantly said " let me see what I can do." He figured out how to get in to the label printer and weighed me up some pineapple. I make it sound like it was easy it wasn't but it didn't stop him. He did it with out being frustrated or upset. I really expected the normal answer from the "big BLUE Store" down at the bottom of the hill. Where I'm constantly told "I don't know, not my department, or just no" with a look of frustration for asking them a question. However JASON, well done feels good to be treated like a neighbor, except Jason treated me like family. Good looking out. I'll make sure my neighbors, friends and family. Know just how amazing Harmons and Jason in produce takes care of its customers. Thanks again Joel."
