"Didn’t even have an experience at this place. I mistakenly missed my appointment and got charged 200.00. I couldn’t even log into the client portal without the girl on the phone having to send me a link to reset the password for some reason. Also never got a statement for the charge until I texted and asked for it. I have never in my life been charged 200.00 for a missed appointment. Truly disgusting. A place that is supposed to help you with mental health (didn’t even get that) and then with out even seeing a doctor, makes it harder to deal with. Thanks for NOTHING!"
