"Super hard to exit this lot after Utes games....need a better and coordinated exit method."
"This parking is often close to full capacity meaning parking availability is far from the building entrance. This is really a hazard in winter when there is snow, the road is frozen and you have to walk in such conditions. They do a very bad job keeping this parking clean in winter which is unacceptable considering that is a paid parking, never seen such bad conditions for a paid parking. I would hope the University would care more about the safety of students, faculty and staff."
"As part of the U's continual denial that they are a commuter campus, this lot will be converted into student dorms. Don't worry, rent is only 10k per semester."
"The University of Utah has notoriously disappointed when it comes to available parking spaces. However, I'll give credit where it's due. As of last semester (Fall 2021) they reduced the number of A parking spaces making for more U parking in the engineering lot. Additionally, they gave construction crews an unreasonable amount of space, taking up U parking spaces. They reduced this amount and have sense eliminated the number of construction spaces. There's now plenty of U parking, and for that thank you Utah."
"Unless you absolutely must park here, avoid it. There are never enough parking stalls, 1/3 of those that do exist are taken up by construction crews. Do your self a favor and take the bus or Trax. You could almost walk here from that Blue school down south with less trouble than it takes to find a parking spot here during class times. Even then make sure you get to campus before 10am, or you'll spend at least 10 minutes waiting for some poor student to drive or to pick up that homework he left on the table in his rush or the door this morning, just so you can swipe his spot before the next guy. Absolute mess."
