Benjamin H. Hammond, MD is a specialized pediatric cardiology clinic located at 395 Cougar Boulevard in Provo, Utah. As part of the Intermountain Utah Valley Clinic Rock Canyon Pediatric Specialists, Dr. Hammond focuses on treating patients with Congenital Heart Disease, Pediatric Arrhythmias, and Conduction Deficits (Heart Block). He also specializes in managing cardiac symptoms during exercise and addressing heart-related concerns in athletes.

Dr. Hammond is dedicated to helping his patients optimize their cardiovascular health through safe exercise and the conscientious use of medications and other therapies. He is actively involved in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of exercise testing and ensure the safe participation of patients at risk of sudden cardiac death in sports activities.

Although trained in non-invasive electrophysiology to manage arrhythmias and heart block, Dr. Hammond does not perform ablation procedures or implant devices like pacemakers or defibrillators. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, which includes four wonderful kids.
