"I am a Company driver with about 19 months of CDL Class A driving experience, if you want a job where you'll get underpaid, get absolutley no incentives or benefits, and be sucked into doing illegal work that could affect your license and career, then look no further than KMB Brothers. I get that these guys are a small company trying to grow, but they have to start listening to their employees instead of saying they are "Not A Real Driver" because they are having trouble getting a truck started in 6 degree weather Further more upon bringing up the concern of being asked to perform illegal violations of Hours Of Service, as well as constantly having defects on the truck, I was met with extreme backlash saying "You'll never make money Truck Driving if you don't stretch the law" meanwhile I made 3 times the amount I was being paid here back when I worked with C.R England (LEGALLY) Ultimately I was forced to do team driving OTR making around 500 bucks a week after tax, with 0 benefits, and 0 reasons to want to stay with this employer If this company wants to grow, they need to listen to their employee's, quit insulting their workforce, and stop assuming they'll violate laws in order to make the most out of the horrible pay and 0 benefits. If you excuse me I have to prepare for the backlash I'm going to probably get from this review."

"Good people...bad pay went in the poor house driving for these guys...they fly a sign that says top pay .34 cents a mile is not top pay...also they left me sitting at truck stops multiple times losing money with no compensation and 127 degrees would not recommend this to any drivers rookie or pro. I quite and also never received last pay check making false claims that I owe money to them now it's a legal issue... wonder who's getting the top pay. Ok you want facts here they are. Fact #1-unless I was a blind driver the truck I was driving said KMB bros.LLC Fact #2-even if it was an owner operator still the same. Fact #3-people on welfare were making more money then me. Fact#4-make sure you get all the info before you start. Fact#- 5 I wish there was a half star"

"Potential driver here for KMB Brothers LLC. The staff, and owners are wonderful. Kamil, and Jim have answered my questions fully, and they are very nice. They take the time to talk to their drivers/potential drivers. Small business, but growing. I hope they will have a truck, and trainer available as soon as I finish my CDL course. Jim, and Kamil have been more than patient waiting for me to gain my CDL so that I can run with them. I've had a prehire letter from them for nearly a year, and cant wait to make this happen"
