"DRIVERS DO NOT WORK HERE! Understand that they try to respect you how ever you will have little to no communication with people in the company. You are expected to pay for tolls and trailer wash outs out of pocket! This company does not have prepass for ports so you are constantly being pulled in. They have internal and external cameras. They very nicely provide a brand new bed for you, that they take the money out of your checks for. DO NOT trust anything your recruiter says! My first three trips did the exact opposite of what they said. This company is really good at saying one thing and doing another."

"As an OTR company, with no dedicated freight, a driver would normally assume that the situation would be staying out all the time and bad on home time. James Clark really works with you. Miles are steady and 3k plus, no forced dispatch, people are easy to work with. I never had an issue with home time. They were very good at getting me home. Randy G. is a very good and considerate load planner, and I have even seen him work the weekends on holidays, which I have never seen elsewhere. The dispatchers are easy to work with. The trucks are always newer. I especially give high marks to the Human Resource dept, run by Janella Chapman. A true professional on top of it all. She always makes time to discuss all human resource matters in detail, and is great about getting tough to find answers when it comes to benefits issues. A very busy professional who always makes time to talk to and greet the drivers. The shop even on busy days always keeps their cool on the phone. Especially high marks to Jared for all the repairs and computer work he does. James Clark is a great job to work at, that I would've continued at if not for family demands in my local area."
